Please Note: 

- FREE Shipping "Domestic Standard" (within Canada) on purchases over CAD $200 (before tax). It is automatically applied to your checkout. 

- Once the product leaves our location and is shipped to you, we are not held responsible for any damaged or lost products.  

- The estimated shipping time will be in addition to the "Order Policy" timeframe. 


Customs & Duties for US & International Orders: US and international orders require an added tax, duty and customs fee which is the responsibility of the recipient of the package. We cannot guarantee if you will or will not be charged for any customs, taxes or duties fees. 

We do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and ship your package, duties and taxes unpaid, thus cannot estimate what your precise charges added will be. For more information regarding your country's customs policies please contact your local customs office.

Your local carrier will bill you (the recipient) for all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees cash on delivery (C.O.D) based upon the local currency at the time of delivery. Your local post office or carrier will provide you with information on what mode of payments is accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees, which will be collected upon delivery. 

Please Note: Upon initial screening, customs and border protection may hold your package to undergo further inspection thus we cannot provide you with details on the guaranteed date of release and the screening process. 


Incomplete Deliveries

Tiny Toes´ World is not held accountable for failed deliveries caused by the following scenarios:

- Customer enters incorrect contact information (phone/email) - (preventing customs officers from being able to clear packages)

- Customer provides us with the incorrect shipping address 

- We do not accept the delivery due to recipient´s refusal to pay customs and duties charges

- The recipient fails to pick up the package from carrier location after one or two logged delivery attempts by carrier
